1. Is it possible to weigh in on a different day?
To be fair to all participants, it is necessary to be present at the initial weigh-in (1-27-18) and final weigh-in (4-28-18). This way, all participants will be weighed and have their fat percent measured on the same day. The two weigh-ins that will occur during the progress of the event (2-24-18 and 3-24-18) are optional as they are being done simply to track each teams progress.
If it is impossible for a team member to attend the initial or final weigh-in, they may attend one of several scheduled weigh-ins during the week of January 28th (for the initial weigh-in) or the week of April 22nd (before the final weigh-in). You must contact us to schedule one of these times.
Alternate Initial Weigh-in Times:
Sunday January 28 1 pm
Monday January 29 8 pm
Wednesday January 31 7 pm
If it is absolutely impossible to make any of these times, please contact us.
Alternate Final Weigh-in Times:
You must contact us to schedule one of these times.
If it is impossible for a team member to attend the final weigh-in, there are two possibilities:
1. Their recorded weight from their previous weigh-in will be considered their final weight.
2. Or, they must attend a weigh-in at a scheduled weigh-in time during the week of TBA, which is the
week before the final weigh-in. Dates and times above.
2. What should I wear for the team photo?
For the team photo, you may wear whatever you want. Obviously, shorts, tight fitting work out pants, tank tops or any other type of apparel that allows you to see more of your physique, will make it easier for you to see your progress. You will be receiving your T-shirts at the weigh-in so your group may want to wear them as tops for the photo. Basically, you may wear whatever you would like, depending on how much you want to be able to see the visible changes you make. But, hey….let’s keep it modest.
